Author Guidelines

 AUTHOR’S GUIDELINES

  1. Manuscript must be written in English or Indonesian.
  2. The abstract contains a concise description of the full paper.
  3. Manuscript can be in the form or research results, linguistics and applied linguistics studies, literature studies even teaching of language, and literature that have not been published. 
  4. Size of paper is A4 in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman.
  5. Size of letter title is in bold using 14-font, manuscript description using 11-font, abstract consisting of 100-200 words with 3-5 key words in 11-font, data and title and text description in table/chart/picture using 10.5-font.
  6. Description of manuscript using 1.5 space line, abstract using 1 space line, substance of the theory more than 3 lines may be quoted directly by the researcher using 1 space line, title and description text in table/chart/picture using 1 space line, references using 1 space line.
  7. Size of margins are 4 cm (top and left) and 3 cm (bottom and right).
  8. Article’s length should be between 8 to 10 pages including table/chart/picture and references.
  9. Full paper should be written based on template.
  10. Full paper is accepted after getting the result from Peer Reviewers.
  11. The Payment will be done after the article accepted by Peer Reviewers.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission should not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere, or extended version of previously published papers in conferences and/ or journals
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format (*.doc, *.docx) as the template, that can be found here
  3. The submitted manuscript font is Times New Roman, with a size of 11 pts, with single spacing, on A4 paper size, the manuscript has to be written within 15 pages maximum
  4. The procedure for writing the article have been refer to the Instructions to Authors which can be found at Author Guidelines
  5. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed
